Drove from Sheffield on holiday for the clutch on my XC70 to fail as I arrived at my caravan site. Spoke to Pete and he booked me in for a new one despite them being very busy already. I was given a courtesy car to use while mine was in for 6 days. Got the car returned to me as they'd fitted my car inbween the other jobs they had in. Got the car back filled repaired and washed all for a very reasonable cost. . Got to give 5 out of 5 for an excellent service

There are only a handful of places I would go back to to purchase a car but this is one of them!!It's a very informal sales procedure, you're left alone to peruse your selected vehicle, the staff are there should you have any queries but when you're ready to commit to the purchase they are totally on point with all relevant paperwork to hand, very professional! Colin Woodward was our point of contact and he knows his stuff, and a nice guy with it.I would have no hesitation in making the 90 minute journey here again if they had the vehicle I was looking for!!

I bought a Volvo from Tim King at Seymour Horwell. I bought it over the phone after seeing over 60 photographs of the car online. I live over 340 miles north of this dealer and Tim arranged for it to be delivered to my door. When it arrived the condition blew me away. It is almost like new and it is almost 10 years old! I had complete confidence in the whole transaction which came mostly from Tim but when you phone the company, a very pleasant chap called Ashley picks up after a couple of rings. I like that I am not waiting for ages and then get a choice of 45 options from an electronic voice! In 2023 it is most refreshing to discover a business, let alone a car dealer, which has such courtesy and respect. The company has been going a very long time. I suspect it will succeed for many more years to come. Thank you to all the staff, even the ones the customer never sees. You are all doing a great job.

Very professional and honest people to take your car to. Unfortunately, the problem I had was unusual, and had to visit a couple of times to get to the bottom of the matter. I wanted a software update, which turned out wasn't possible on my car. After a couple of hours, and connecting my car to a Swedish engineer, they realised it wasn't possible. I expected to pay something for their trouble, and was surprised and delighted, when there was no charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Honesty and service go a long way for me. These people have both. Thanks.

Recently visited family in Devon coming from Scotland. Major issue night before departure bonnet wouldn’t close!! Took it to these guys and wow fixed it for nothing! That’s the 2nd occasion they have come to my aid! Amazing people great service couldn’t recommend them any more. 5* review

I have bought three (3) cars from this dealer over the years and each one has been faultless. Ive recently just collected a Volvo that I was originally shown around by Clive who was a great guy to deal with and not at all pushy. I went back to purchase and done the deal with Tim (as Clive was on a day off) and Tim was as always in my opinion Honest, caring and again not pushy at all. He kept me informed along the purchase route and I was 100% confident I had made the right purchase. I would highly recommend this dealer everything is immaculate and exactly as they say.

Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.Recently bought a previously owned C-30, a few minor issues surfaced upon using the car (to be expected with a car of its age) but everything was resolved with no trouble.My family has bought a few cars over the years from Seymour Horwell and all the dealings have been excellent.Would thoroughly recommend!

I identified a C30 at a garage local to Seymour Horwell & as we’ve bought & sold through Tim King in the past I gave him a call to ask for his advice. He bought the car & then promptly told me he would charge me a lot more for it than it had originally been advertised! Word to the wise: 2nd hand car dealers have a reputation for a reason! Not impressed - no integrity.
