Our house had been flooded 3 times in 3 years and we could not find anyone to help us. Simon was very knowledgeable, efficient and understood exactly what we asked of him. After completing the flood survey he was also on hand to answer any questions and advise on the best course of action. Sold us a pump , clearly made in china that was faulty , our swimming pool man said it wasn’t powerful enough to pump water and very poor quality , they won’t accept it back even though it’s not fit for purpose , they said it was fine which is isn’t and now are bombarding us with emails for £10.80 invoices for the return of the faulty pump .. that we can use , doesn’t work and we didn’t want back .. be wary !! Quality of the pumps are very poor .. they are very aggressive too when we have phoned them .. wish we’d known about them before purchasing a Chinese pump !!!!arrogant and deny everything .. I bought a pump for rain water in basement light well . I explained the situation and then bought , Pump worked for one day only . I sent them back , they did not replace but asked for repair with transportation cost . I paid Transport cost , Meanwhile I bought another pump for the water drain . But they took the transport cost and No pump was delivered. I forgot to chase them , Now I asked for proof of posting . I will update all people soon.

We worked with Simon from Flood Protection Solutions. He was a delight to work with. He did a site visit and provided a detailed flood report with recommendations which we have actioned. He made himself available to talk with contractors and provide advice whenever we needed it and charged very fairly for the work he did. We had found it very difficult to find the right company to work with and they really did save the day. I would recommend them without hesitation.
