From the website, customer service and information, to the leather goods themselves, through to the care, pride and attention to detail displayed in their packaging.My first purchase was a belt, many years ago. I didn't want something affected by fasion trends, I wanted a hard-wearing leather, solid brass buckled belt which would last me for a very long time.I found Heistercamp... and they didn't disappoint. I still have, and love that belt, the leather is still great, it's taken a shape nicely. The buckle, once shiny gold brass, now has a beautiful vintage patina. Unlike designer belts, which tend to delaminate and the plating flake off the buckle.I later purchased guitar straps, which I was excited about, because these are Heistercamp's bread and butter. These are second to none, with innumerable options and customisations. If the styles suit your taste, you certainly won't be disappointed.I know I'm not alone when I say, once you discover Heistercamp, you honestly won't want to buy this kind of thing anywhere else. They are an amazing, friendly team, producing unparalleled products.Lastly. I think the value for what you get is unreal, I don't know how they produce such high quality items, delivered in gorgeous, gift-able packaging for what they ask.It seems all of Heistercamp's regular customers are very enthusiastic about the brand and if you decide to get something, you'll probably see why.

I would like say a massive thanks to the team down at Heistercamp.I asked them to make a belt in time for my wedding on very short notice and they bent over backwards to get it done and sent a very nice personal note to go with it. Not only are they Awesome people but it’s good to find a British company that makes top notch leather goods. This is my second belt from them ( the first one is still looking good after many years of daily wear )and the quality is second to none.So once again a massive thanks too the team ! I will 100% recommend this company to my friends and family !

Received my strap super fast, which was really important as I’m only in the U.K. for a short break.The strap itself is great quality and came in a really nice package with a handwritten note.Very happy and would fully recommend to anyone looking for a high quality leather strap made in the U.K.!

I ordered a beautiful, personalised guitar strap from Heistercamp as a wedding gift for my friend. I knew that these were handmade and took time to craft and I knew I was ordering it too late for the wedding. However, I spoke to the guys at Heistercamp and told them I was in a rush.Not only did they deliver the most incredible guitar strap I've ever seen, but they delivered it within two days because they wanted to make sure it arrived on time.I can't thank you enough for such wonderful customer service or compliment you highly enough for the incredible work that goes into your straps. Superb quality. Very happy with my purchase. Pricey, but worth the money. Certainly better quality then all the standard manufacturers I have tried over the years. Can tell it will last years.

I was unsure what to get my guitar loving son for his 16th birthday and thought a custom strap might be nice. I exchanged a few emails with Alaine and felt content that I had come to the right place.Little did I realise just how incredible the craftsmanship and attention to detail would be! The strap came very quickly, and was beautifully packaged with a couple of wonderful little extras. The quality is just fantastic and my son was absolutely over the moon (Dad of the year: completed it, mate!)I have no doubt he will get many, many years from this and will get a lot of compliments at his gigs. I cannot recommend Heistercamp highly enough and will definitely return for any similar products in future. In fact, I'm suddenly feeling the urge for a new belt!

We've just received our 2nd order from Heistercamp, having previously ordered a bespoke guitar strap which I was very pleased with. Because of this we have bought another custom strap for a relative and have also decided to purchase a belt. We found the same quality of craftsmanship on all of our purchases, and for a more reasonable price than we expected. Delivery was also prompt, and the presentation of the order was sublime. Ordered 8 BRIXHAM belts for my wedding - one for myself and the others for the groomsmen. Shout out to James who helped with the process and double checked the belt width sizing for wedding trousers etc. Couldn’t have been happier with them - all individually packaged in a branded presentation box so perfect as a gift. The belts were all made to a high standard, looked great and were the perfect finishing touch for our suits. My other belt is going strong after 10+ years so know I will be getting plenty of use out of the new one moving forwards. Thanks guys!

A very pleasant experience, ordering a bespoke leather guitar strap from this company.It was fun choosing the spec. on the website and the communications were very helpful and straightforward. I received a really high quality strap, exactly as I wanted it. Very snazzy presentation, too - one of these straps would make a perfect present.Not cheap, not nasty; worth every penny.
