Great Hill View Park
Big slide. The name is a lie, it does not have a great hill view. It does have a cute little fairy garden in the nearby stream though, which is worth hunting down.

Nice little park in quiet setting. One of the biggest slides you will find locally. My kids love it. Had a little tarmac football. Area, climbing frame and swings and the slide of doom lol!

Great Hill View Park
Small park, up on a hill. It has a lovely view and playing area. It has a large slide going all the way down the hill. It's very green, good for a picnic.

It's a lovely little park and playground. There is a basket ball net with a small court and a football goal. The apparatus is suited to children from about 7 years and up. It's a lovely footpath next to a stream to get there from Mincinglake Valley Park.

Great Hill View Park
The best slide in an Exeter public park, it creatively follows the contours of the hill, and has a long run-off onto an area of rubber mats and grass. Best to go when it's wet, when you can get up amazing speed and go whizzing right across the grass to the fence! If you or your kids want to try this, wear old clothes (slippery football shorts work best) and check the slide and run-off area for debris like twigs and branches first! Other play equipment includes a basketball court and quite extensive climbing frame. The adjacent housing is quite well-heeled so you are unlikely to encounter too many riff-raff (except for me on my rare visits to the slide on rainy days lol). The adjacent footpath offers a pleasant circular walk of a couple of miles around Rollestone, which was a Roman signalling station, and through the secluded valley and former landfill site of the Mincinglake Valley Park, where you can try and find the gas flare.
