Aaron and the team at Volvo were absolutely fantastic in helping me to choose and order my first Volvo. They made sure I was aware of the different options available to me, and were very knowledgeable about the electric options I was looking at. Once I had chosen the right electric Volvo for me they kept me up to date throughout the whole process, their communication was top notch. I can't praise them highly enough!

He spent all the time I needed to make the right decision without pushing, went through all finance options and ensured with his management team that they were offering the part-exchange price for my BMW that I was looking for. Very pleased I chose a Volvo and very pleased I chose John Clark to sell it to me. Aaron was super from start to finish. Everything was explained fully to me. The delivery date never moved from in initial contract signing to delivery. Car features explained well and came with an offer for another 'training session' in a couple of months, if needed. And don't be put off by the Newbridge location - easy to get there from anywhere in Edinburgh via bus. All good!

Did a thorough and high quality job overall and staff friendly. Would have been better if they explained the issues encountered with the car and warned about pricing before bill.They need to work on their communication with customer particularly with diagnosis and remediation steps. Disappointed that despite the technical fixes they couldn’t even replace the missing wheel nuts covers! Also disappointed they were late for collection and couldn’t fulfil drop off service so had to arrange my own collection.

Purchased a used Volvo. Our sales representative Stuart Macintosh was fantastic giving us sound advice since it was our first hybrid. He made sure that car was going to meet our needs. From initial meet to completion he was very courteous and friendly. Took time to explain all the controls in full ensuring we were comfortable with all controls before leaving.Through the process we spoke with several staff members who were always courteous.
