terrible customer service , avoid establishments like this, especially Josephine.... Asking for covid exempt papers ...shame on you especially the age of you , you were probably alive during ww2 and should know better , show your papers for a steak pie... absolute disgusting behaviour, and still refused services after showing the papers

Queuing / ordering system isn't optimal. Should be taking orders and making people wait outside till it's ready, rather than keeping people waiting inside on long orders when people with quick orders are waiting in a long queue.

I ordered and collected a takeaway afternoon tea from Rennie’s yesterday. To say it was good would be putting it down as it was absolutely beautiful and the price was amazing. I will definitely be ordering many more of these. Thank you Nikki.

Winter morning, cold, dark and wet.Inside bright and steaming.Hats and coats removed with a 'oh! sorry, sorry' 'Nae bother' - it was busy.Cups of tea and black pudding - lots of noise from many locals talking.Super.

I’ve had deliveries every week since I can’t get out due to Shielding . Rennies are very reliable and friendly and their Plain brown bread is lovely, their cakes, pies etc are all delicious. I’ve also had a Birthday cake and High Tea boxes recently which were excellent I’d highly recommend them .

Always brilliant! Seriously good bakery, hot food is amazing, cakes are brilliant, steak pies are superb. The cold filled sandwichs are properly filled. Staff are always superb, happy and quick to serve.

I ordered afternoon tea for five and a birthday cake. Afternoon tea was outstanding for the money and cake was delicious. Staff from first contact on phone to collection were very helpful and nothing seemed too much. Will definitely return.
