What a special place. As you walk up to the shop entrance there is a fantastic display which reflects the season. The welcome doesn’t stop there. The people at the Cider Mill Shop will give you a fantastic welcome to not only the shop but the Heritage Centre itself. Ask for a coffee a cider produced by the cider making artisans or a snack and you will get a great description of what is available. But not only great food and drink which produced locally but also wonderful Welsh products that reflect The Gower.

Shed Head Cider Mill Shop Gower
Shed Head Cider Mill is one of the Jewels in Gower's Crown !!!They produce a fantastic range of proper traditional cider, all of which are great tasting.I can personally recommend Sleeping Giant as a firm favourite of mine alongside Mancave also. They also support and stock a range of other ciders by other small scale producers in the South Wales area.Service is always excellent from Master Cider Maker Richie Saunders and his team and they are always happy to give free taster samples.If you're lucky enough to visit around harvesting time you can watch them pressing the apples from their own orchard using their traditional vintage press.

A great shop selling delicious traditional homemade Gower cider, run by helpful and enthusiastic staff. I would recommend this business. No trip to Gower is complete, without a visit to Shed Head Cider shop to purchase their outstanding cider. Tasters are available in order that you get exactly the right drink for you. They also stock a range of Welsh cheese, and snacks ideal for your picnic hamper. Outside the shop you can see the vintage press used to crush the cider apples, which are grown in their own orchard only a few yards away!

Lovely spot! Lovely bakery on site and shop with some absolutely gorgeous local produce including cheese and cider. The local honey is so good too!

Really nice cider that is made locally on their own orchard. We had tasters of the medium, dry and a strawberry one. The medium was my favourite. We got quite a few pints to take away and recommend if you’re in the area to have a look/taste!Bonus is dog friendly and some free treats.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Cider yum and can take some home! Love all the Swansea / Gower local ales in the shop. Great as a break from the beach. Sat under canopies enjoying a drink!

Shed Head Cider Mill Shop Gower
The Gower Heritage Centre is a super place to visit, with numerous interesting displays. Whilst you are there you must visit the Shed Head Cider Mill shop, great cider and coffee very good too. Last Saturday we visited with 40 old MG's and crews, great venue, friendly staff and excellent value.
