Travelled 40 miles to visit on Sat 27th with the intention of making a (not insignificant!) purchase. Found whole experience to be unhelpful and dismissive... Devoid of common courtesy, let alone any customer experience. Don't worry, I won't inconvenience you again.

I was unlucky enough to get a rear puncture I phoned mounts to ask if they could pick up my bike and then put on a new tyre they picked up my bike within the hour fitting a new tyre at a very good price 10/10 from me thanks to all the staff
