I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the surgery. Everyone has went over and above to help my furbabies. I recently moved and I trust this surgery so much I drove a 6 hour round trip, on two occasions, because I valued the opinions and level of care available here.When the final decision had to be made for one of my much loved babies, we were treated with immense compassion.I just wish I could move this surgery a few hours closer to me.

Wonderful practice with welcoming and attentive staff. They're very helpful with even uncommon animals like our rats and gerbils and have been incredible and empathetic when helping with health problems, check ups and deaths. They do their best to be available and affordable. I could not recommend this practice enough!

Amazing vet practice! So compassionate, caring and accommodating! Every member of staff has a kind and gentle manner with clients and their pets - always greeted with a smile. Also very understanding of dogs that are more challenging at the vets. There's not many people I would trust with my animals but I never feel worried taking my pets in and leaving them in their care. I would definitely recommend Animal Tails. Thank you for all that you do!
