A nice hotel under renovation - as of this writing - with a terrific little restaurant and bar. Fresh food and made for a nice rainy afternoon lunch.

Sadly our experience was not so good. The sweet and sour sauce was like ketchup drowned in vinegar, and the presentation left much to be desired. The waffle had obviously been frozen and microwaved, leaving it tough. Dust on the top of the advertising block on the table left us wondering how clean the cutlery was, as it was already on the table when we arrived. This was all explained to the waiter. My friend is American and recommended that if they use frozen waffles, the best way to heat them is in the toaster. We were so disappointed, but hope they took our observations on board.
