I have been going to the Contour Clinic for about 7/8 years now. Initially I have micro blading on my eyebrows and have recently upgraded to micro shading on my eyebrows and lip blush on my lips. Jade is fantastic at her craft, I trust her implicitly, and that is with my face! I do not have any tattoos but somehow trust Jade with my face. Jade is extremely professional and provides the right advice for you personally. She is also kind and I always look forward to going. I feel like I have been fully pampered, had a nice girlie experience (as a mother) going to the Contour Clinic always makes me feel like I’ve had “me” time and I come out looking better. It’s a win/win for me.I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Although it is a lovely experience and Jade is lovely, the reason I wouldn’t go anywhere else is her skill and professionalism first and foremost. I highly recommend.

Omg, let's just start with the clinic itself! So beautiful!! And absolutely sparkling clean.I was offered refreshments while I waited for my numbing cream to take effect.Jade is such a lovely person, she made me feel comfortable from the first conversation and through the whole experience! She listened to exactly what I wanted and reassured me the whole time as I was really nervous.My eyebrows are the things of dreams!!! I am absolutely over the moon with them.Now I know why Jade is in such high demand as her work is amazing! I could not recommend her and The Contour Clinic enough! Do not go anywhere else girls! This lady is magic.All the aftercare was explained in great detail and I feel like I made the best decision choosing Jade for my first microblading.Looking forward to going back for my top up in 6 weeks.

What can I say I am completely blown away by Jade's professionalism and kindness.She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout my whole treatment. We discussed the best options for the look and appearance I was after for my brows, and she provided clear, concise advice. We decided to go for the powder shaded brows and I couldn't' t be happier with the results.Jade really is one of the nicest people I have ever met, so down to earth and she made me feel at ease throughout.I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her professionalism and high standard of her work is exceptional!

Oh my god! Oh my god! Decor of white and silver throughout and that pink blossom tree will be in my handbag and going home with me next time. Staff highly trained and calm. I had the jitters about having my eyebrows microbladed but the owner Jade was so professional at calming me down. Two of friends recommend this Clinic and they were right. I had my eyebrows done yesterday (microblading) and I absolutely love them already! Katie did an amazing job, she was very welcoming both on the consultation day and during the treatment yesterday. She made sure to understand what I wanted, and that for me is very important. She was friendly and chatty :) definitely coming back! x

Had my eyebrows done in February with Kate, looked lovely once done but after a week they completely disappeared so I messaged them on Facebook and she said it's normal it's silver skin but I knew deep down that the colour had completely gone, the scabbing was awful, I then went back for my top up and Kate couldn't get over that my eyebrows in fact didn't take and she said that some people's eyebrows don't take, I had it done again they looked lovely and she said if they don't take again you will have to come back but living in neath area and travelling up and back to Cardiff for the third time felt like I was wasting not only diesel but wasting my time as I knew they would disappear again and after a week again they were gone and the scabbing were horrendous, If I knew my eyebrows wouldn't of taken I wouldn't have wasted my money I should have been given a skin test or patch test but I didn't, I was only asked few questions online! My friends all have microbladed eyebrows and they had to have a skin test, I went to contour clinic as it had good reviews and I'm sorry this is not a very good one but I've wasted alot of money and want to let people know that not everyone's eyebrows take. I should have been offered a refund or some sort of compensation, I didn't want a free treatment as it wouldn't take again! My friends can't get over how rubbish my eyebrows are and they haven't benefited me at all Infact made my eyebrows worse.

I’ve been having my eyebrows done at The Contour Clinic since 2017.The new treatment room is easy to find and as super clean as the previous one.Went yesterday and tbh my eyebrows are the best that they’ve ever been.Jade is very professional and explains everything before starting treatment.I’m always made to feel very welcome as Jade is so down to earth and friendly.Would recommend 100% thank you Jade ❤️
