Terrible customer service for lashes. 7 appointments booked over a few months and 3 of them cancelled at very short notice with no offer of rescheduling in a reasonable time frame. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if getting your lashes done regularly is important to you, or you need them done for a special occasion. Far too unreliable!!

The best in the business! Been going to the salon for about a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even though my appointments are always with Elle to get my lashes done I feel like I’m visiting every other staff member because they are all so welcoming. Elle would go to the ends of the earth for anyone, she’s so patient and flexible with appointments, professional and super friendly. Always enjoy my experience at the salon and would highly recommend to anyone!

I just absolutely love this salon. The girls are so friendly and are so committed to making you feel a million dollars before you walk out the shop. I have had my hair coloured and extensions applied by Natalie, my eyebrows laminated by Emma and lashes done by Elle for over a year now and have never once left feeling disappointed. They are my dream team and I’d never go anywhere else!

Been getting my lashes done by Elle since she first started in the Salon & my brows by Emma for the past few months. Both are absolutely amazing and make you feel so comfortable! Such a beautiful salon and you can see the time and effort every single person puts in to it.Everyone is so welcoming and friendly the second you walk in the Salon & I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have been going to Lori since before she opened the shop and she slays my makeup every single time she gets my face and what I ask for is exactly what I get.The shop is so professional, clean and the girls are so talented on what they do. I now go to Katie and Elle for my lashes and Emma for my brows and Claire for my hair they are honestly the best in the game.Every single time I go in there I walk out feeling amazing thanks to the girls, they are so friendly and it is so handy to have everything under the same roof.Can not fault them.

I have been coming to the salon for a year and a half and the service is always amazing! Everyone is super friendly. Claire the hairdresser is amazing! she listens to exactly what you ask for, I have had my hair coloured and cut several times now and she always does an amazing job!
