Food is lovely with fair portions, service is generally quite good although wait times between individual meals can be spaced out sometimes. Great atmosphere I find it much better than the morfa branch.

We had to wait nearly one hour to be served. The food was cold and didn't look fresh at all. I am very disappointed as I have been to other Nando's and but never had such a bad experience. I'm definitely not going to return to this restaurant or recommend it to any of my friends.

Good atmosphere but food is quite expensive. If you're looking for a kids party/outing I'd think twice and shop around for more reasonable options that kids would enjoy just as much.No allergen file and zero items safe for a coeliac, despite the staff saying that's fine" when asked about dietary requirements. Would advise any coeliac to stay clear

Good food but it took 55mind to cook, not exactly fast. We did get a couple of free sides but when ordering we were told we'd have our food in 20mins. Took nearly an hour! They need to be honest.

Food took an hour to come, most of my friends had their food within 10/15 minutes and yet I was waiting for an hour. No sign of any remorse or apologies from employees as they just chucked some food together and put it on a plate presentation was clearly not thought of. Really disappointed

I go to Nando's with my family every week as food is delicious and service is always outstanding, however during our holidays at Swansea we visited this nando's and oh boy did I regret it. The tables were dirty and sticky, toilets were filthy and we had to wait for about 45 min to receive our order that even had items missing but at that point I didn't even ask for them I just wanted to get away from there. In a word, just TERRIBLE! Although there was a guy, I think a manager because of the shirt he was wearing, he was very polite and concerned about how long we were waiting, so I appreciate that.

Came here this evening for dinner, my daughter unexpectedly became sick (not from the food - we hadn’t yet eaten) the young waitress (wish I’d got her name!) was really kind and boxed our food up for us and kept it warm whilst my partner and I cleaned our daughter up. Small gesture but meant a lot to us at the time. The rest of the staff were also very considerate, made a stressful evening that little bit easier, thank you!

I got the extra hot 1/2 chicken with garlic bread and peri fries as seen on the pic. I must say the serving portion is slightly bigger than the takeaway. Sadly, once again the extra hot isn’t really spicy, it was pretty mild. I found the chicken too bland and dry, they should have marinated it and not overcook it. The fries were average and the garlic bread was hard. Wouldn’t order this again.
