Superb quality furniture with delivery faster than expected although we were in no rush it was a welcome surprise when it came early.Delivery arrived as planned by two very helpful delivery drivers. We are very happy with our Grand Chesterfield sofa and Queen Anne Chairs and although we had a minor problem with our footstool, Thomas Lloyd collected this, repaired it and had it back within 2 days, we are really happy with their customer service, quality of craftsmanship and helpful staff so I would thoroughly recommend this company. I bought two Chesterfields and two Queen Anne footstools in antique green from Thomas Lloyd twenty one years ago and they are still going strong now. As you can see from the pictures I have border collies, three at the moment and normally four and they do get on the furniture, this proves the durability of the fabulous product. The quality is top notch and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.Twenty-one years later I have just oprdered two more three seater Chesterfileds and two more Queen Anne Footstools but only because I fancied a change in colour, my new ones on order are Ox-blood or antique red. A friend is delighted to be having my green sofas and stools.This time around I did compare prices on the internet but you know, I'm a great believer in that you get what you pay for or buy cheap buy twice, so I decided to buy with confidence from a company that is proven on quality.Thank you Thomas Lloyd for such top quality furniture.

I have 3 pieces of Lloyd furniture - 2 I have absolutely no complaints about but really disappointed with the latest 3 seater sofa. When used the cushions endlessly slip & slide which users all complain about. There is no problem with the manufacturing so although it went back for inspection as anticipated there was nothing to correct (although I was told how it should be sat on) but the design in use is very poor - apparently I should have expected it but then if so why isn't that stated in the brochure & I would have chosen something else ? I offered to contribute to a different style replacement but this was turned down . A very disappointing response from them.

Definitely the place to go if you require quality handmade leather sofas or chairs, all the woodwork & upholstery is carried out on site with very helpful, knowledgeable staff.Last one we bought 10+yrs ago is still going strong even with my 23st sitting on it for all those years, but decided with their prices it is time for another. Can't beat British craftsmanship, knocks the spots off the foreign imported stuff.

I have had my two seater Cambridge sofa from Thomas Lloyd for a couple of years now and it still looks brand new! We get a lot of compliments on it and would definitely buy another one. It is extremely comfortable and the team were great during purchase and delivery - highly recommend!

Was dubious about making such a large purchase from a company I found on an Internet search, but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Sofas are beautiful, just what I wanted, and the price much less than well known retailers near by. The whole process has been trouble free and I must give a shout out to Joanna from the delivery team, who went over and above to sort out a suitable delivery date for me.

Over the last few decades I have ordered three lots of furniture from Thomas Lloyd. First set of sofa and chairs were just over ten years old and they went to 1st hubby on divorce. Second set of two Aspen sofas after a decade are still good and have been just given to our son to start his new home with. My new husband used to have a blue chesterfield sofa and chair bought in 1997 from Thomas Lloyd as well, which was given away years ago but still in use. We have just moved house and decided to buy newer grand Chesterfield in the slate colour and its superb. We both have had a long history of buying from this company and have never been let down with quality, no matter how much the furniture has been misused by pets, visitors, children and grandchildren. These sets have always been easy to wipe after ick and spills from kids and scratches have been easy to manage. Worth every penny and when you factor in how many years usage you get from their furniture, its not expensive at all.

From the first telephone conversation with a lovely lady through to contact with the delivery firm and delivery of my furniture today I'm well pleased with the quality and ease of every step of the process. Would definitely recommend them.

I must admit I have purchased Thomas Lloyd furniture (Queen Anne Chairs) from Ebay before and I was already aware of the quality of their furniture. This time around I bought three Lincoln 3 Seaters. Absolutely gorgeous. I love the way the sofa curves in and out which sets them out from other sofas. The button down seating area is firm but soft. I personally think its better than having cushioned seating area. The leather is sooooo soft. It actually gets better as each day passes. I did have the stain protect option and I would recommend it to everyone. The customer service was excellent throughout. The delivery drivers were helpful but I couldn't understand a word of what they were saying through their Welsh accent. The furniture is top quality and I can't fault it. I will be buying more from them soon. A+++++

Would 100% recommend this company they go above and beyond with their beautiful and well made furniture. I bought on line so was very sceptical but when it arrived i was overwhelmed. I ordered a 2 seater chesterfieldbut when it arrived it looked too small in my lounge and without any hesitation they exchanged it for a 3 str. I then rang a few weeks later with a query about a small problem, they insisted on collecting it and inspecting it at the workshop. They also corrected this very trivial problem (even though I wasnt really bothered by it) Absolutely 1st class service from all the staff and excellent aftersales service. Thank you Louise for your time and understanding and your very professional help.100% recommend.
