A truly 5 star service from start to finish.I was advised by a colleague of the service level of Vertu Exeter and today experienced it myself.Upon arrival, my car was taken away swiftly. I mentioned a few issues to be looked at and elected to sit the waiting area.As I worked away in the peaceful and very well equipped waiting area (and enjoyed a few refreshments), I was regularly informed of progress by a very friendly and professional member of the service team.The car was finished around the time it had been planned to and everything explained....the cherry on the cake was the superb car wash.All in all, a really fantastic experience by a fantastic team!Thank you Vertu Exeter, I'll be back!

Amazing service. Huge thanks to Ollie Buckman who gave us support over the phone and got our Polestar working again. We were day one of our holiday, and without Ollie it would have been our only day. Delivered accurately and pragmatically that I could understand. I’m sure it’s not part of his job description, but he went above and beyond to get us going again. Thank you.

Bought my car here and they were very helpful with the sale and after service since. When I had a problem the service department went out of their way to help.

Amazing people at Volvo Exeter. I was in Devon ( normally based Greater London) heard crunching sound on my V90 when breaking Wednesday night. Called and they saw me 9am Thursday, replaced break pads and few other advisories found on health check by midday. Able to work from showroom while waiting & loads of free coffee. Really 10 out 10 experience and would highly recommend to anyone the Volvo Exeter team.

The power steering /alternator belt broke on our 20 year old V70, 100miles from home 2.00pm on a Friday. We limped to Vertu hoping that they could help. They were brilliant! Val the showroom hostess made us very welcome and our 2 dogs were treated like royalty. Ollie and his workshop team very promptly managed to replace the belt and we were back on our journey by 4.30. To say we were very grateful would be a massive understatement.

Excellent experience during the first service of my car. Calm space with refreshments. Excellent interface with service staff, in particular Ollie. Kept me up to date all the time. Car returned washed and hoovered. Thank you

I don't often write reviews but I will this time because they really deserve it.My car is not the newest and I am certainly not a cash cow" but I have always had the very best service from these guys. Gandalf and Dumbledore in the garage literally know everything about Volvos and lead a great team to do an awesome job.Ben leads his team to deliver a superlative service but the real glory goes to the guys on the desk

Ok so you can never quite tell about customer service until something goes wrong and with me, my car and me have been a royal pain in the bum. But the service guys here are second to none I'm so pleased with the level of customer service. It is second to none and although my car has been very naughty the guys have been great. Thank you
