We engaged Ecko Design for a bungalow renovation and met with Bobby at our home who talked us through the process. We weren’t entirely certain what we wanted to achieve and Bobby came up with really useful suggestions and patiently explained the advantages, disadvantages and potential cost implications which were important as we were on a strict budget. He produced very detailed plans and then consulted us again. We made some minor changes and he finalised them before submitting them to the Council on our behalf for Building Warrant approval. He kept us apprised every step of the way and permission was granted.
