Arkmat

After some delays in contact and an issue with the courier company spilling something on my mats I managed to get a replacement from Arkmat. The mats are pretty good, but they have some scuff marks and minor damage, maybe because of the way they were packed for transport. There are also minor inconsistencies with the size and shape, but nothing too bad. Despite the above, they do the job just fine and overall I'm pretty happy with the purchase despite the delays. I'm editing from a 1 star review to reflect the way it was dealt with.

Terrible company with even worse customer service.Unfortunately for me, I didn't read any reviews before I ordered from them and now I am regretting that decision.Do yourself a favour and find another company that won't mess you about and will actually reply to emails.I ordered a roll of 2m wide rubber. A week went by of me expecting a dispatch email but nothing. Then finally I got an email asking if I could take it in 2 x 1m wide rolls instead because the shipping is expensive on 2m wide rolls. It took them over a week to ask me this, then they completely ignored my replies. Finally I spoke to someone on the telephone who assured me it would be delivered within a couple of days. Next thing they have cancelled my order.Any normal company could have let me know within the first couple of days and no problem, I would have ordered it elsewhere, but these have to drag it out for 2 weeks.Don't bother wasting your time with this company.

terrible service I will never buy from these unprofessional people ever again. I bought interlocking gym mats was told none was available. Then I bought straight gym rubber mats instead all 8 rolls arrived damaged by hermes/evri . Cant say if they sent damaged ones out like that but their attutude was terrible they said we can send more out but then decided to refund me and leave me with 8 rolls of rubber that is useless to me. I demanded they come and collect them but they wont reply. its their responsibility to collect the damaged stuff but their total you know what. I did leave negative feedback on ebay but they managed to get that taken down. Avoid these jokers also the quality is poor and the stuff stinks. do not buy from them go else where.

I bought this for my garden at a third of what other company’s were charging! It came in 2 days. My husband fitted it, we used builders sand to level out beat we could but I’m delighted with the quality. Really soft and my disabled daughter can roll about on it safely. Will be purchasing more when the Aintree B is back in stock!

Best company ever! Wouldn't buy grass from anywhere else. Third time I've used them. The grass is exceptional quality. Just finished my garden with the aintree grass and despite the grass arriving very tightly rolled and quite flat within a day of laying, it had all picked up and looked like a perfectly groomed lawn in the loveliest of shades. Absolutely delighted. Many thanks arkmat and fantastic communication!

Very poor experience- would never recommend. The coast astroturf was delivered folded whereas previously we’ve always received from other companies rolled so you don’t get creases down it. Professionals fitted it and said never had such a nightmare trying to get it flat and it still has a crease down it. Messaged company who said they deliver it flat to reduce cost even though it ruins the product. It’s definitely worth paying more and buying from other companies.

The legal of service is disgusting can not get order correct and doze not keep to there delivery slot. I would advise very one who may bye anything from them to shop eles where and Evan the mangers don't help either and causes a lot of stress

My order had been delay with multiple reasons, 1st it was the courier company having delays, we were OK to wait an extra week. After a week , it came out that the product is actually out of stock. We were offered a lower quality product for the same price, agreed to it . Then end of 2nd week, we were told it had been shipped out but they were to locate the tracking number. during 3th week, I was told it wasn't actually shipped due to courier. You see, every time I called they also offered to cancel&refund, but they also tell you that it will be this Friday, so you think it would be unreasonable to cancel if its going to be shipped in 3-4 days, but then come next Monday it couldn't be shipped with all sorts of different reasons every time. 3 weeks wasted. My fault, I shouldn't have fallen for the tricks.So now waiting for my refund, I wonder how long it will take.On my final call to the company (tuesday) before cancelling, I wasn't informed that it will be shipped on a pallet at their cost, I was only told that 'it will be shipped this friday. How am I supposed to trust and wait another week to find that on next Monday it wasn't cancelled again? Why did it take 2 weeks to find out you had stock issues

PLEASE TAKE ME SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Bought 3 rolls of the same grass on different occasions within a week or 2. Completely different grass arrived each time and not the sizes we ordered.We are having to rip it all up now. We gave this company a good chance at sorting the problem but they ignored over 100 calls and promised call backs which never happened.Their reviews across all platforms says it all. Bunch of gangsters.I really want potential buyers to know how serious I am PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have cost us thousands of pounds and we are now taking legal action for damages.
