Excellent Mitsubishi Electric air-to-air installation dated 20/11/2023, lasting 3 days; my installation comprises 1 air source heat pump and two wall units.Technically accurate system design and a precise quotation provided by Peter. Excellent installation team (Carl & Liam), supported by JDY Electrical Services (Joel & Tom). Installation team were considerate, polite, communicative and respected my Wife and I, and our property. I am very pleased with the operation of my system with the running costs in line with my expectation (gas -61%; electricity +26%; week on week). I plan to extend my system with another air source heat pump and 3 more internal units; I also plan to alleviate increase in electricity usage by installing a PV, Inverter and battery system. I will definitely engage Snap Services to implement this planned installation. I unreservedly recommend Snap Services.

It is rare to encounter an organisation that combines technical excellence with outstanding customer service, but this is one. Great product, service and the installation team couldn’t have done a better job, very helpful, careful and cleared up after the job was finished. Would highly recommend.
