She offered guidance, support, trusted traders to work with, and was at the end of the phone to answer all my questions. Oh my goodness, Emma is a magician! She took our flat which was a bit tired after six years of being rented out and transformed it into a beautiful property that we could put on the market. We had 22 viewings, and are delighted to be under offer within seven weeks, which is particularly impressive as the Edinburgh housing market is really unpredictable at the moment.Nothing was too much trouble for Emma and her team: efficient, expert, quick and charming, she was a joy to work with. She even arranged a sparkle clean when the flat was a bit grubby after the decorating. Emma did an amazing job staging our Gorgie Flat. The service was incredibly slick and well coordinated. There was very little stress especially given the COVID situation. The service was very fairly priced, would definitely recommend and use again.
