I am a very nervous patient and everyone was so kind right from the start with Katie on reception. Emile the dentist was reassuring, understanding and explained everything as we went along. Steph the dental nurse was fantastic , she was very calming, kind and gentle with her words. Thank you Steph. Can't recommend the surgery enough

Like many, I suspect, I always had a dread about going to the dentist. This fear has gone after the wonderful treatment by Dr Michael. Today I've had a very tricky crown at the back of my mouth put in place by him with great care and understanding plus a filling. He explains everything he's about to do and makes certain that you understand and that you are comfortable and pain free. I recommend him to anyone fearful of seeing a dentist. Please don't ever leave!

I’m a very nervous patient due to having a few horrible experiences as a child. Since Michael has been my dentist he has taken note of how nervous I am I had a cap fitted which for me was brave as there was a lot of drilling for me but he was very good at explaining to me step by step and was gentle which reassured me. Unfortunately I had to have a tooth took out due to a infection yet again I couldn’t of been happier with my experience tooth came out no problem the injection I felt but very gentle At long LAST I have got a gentle dentist 100% would say to people to go see Michael.

As a first-time patient at your dental practice I was a bit nervous about having my wisdom tooth removed, but Michael made the experience quick and painless. I was amazed that I didn't feel any pain even when the anaesthetic wore off, and I had no issues or swelling afterwards.I also appreciate that he took the time to redo three old fillings which I have always hated because of their shape and color. They looked like a piece of gum stuck on my tooth, but now I can't even tell where they are anymore. He truly is a top dentist, and the best I've ever had so far. Thank you all, you are a lovely team.

Best dentist ever!

I was having problems with a tooth for some time, but due to Covid restrictions, put off going. When it started being painful, I contacted mydentist in Torrington, they fitted me in the same day. Unfortunately the tooth needed to come out. This terrified me, but I got an appointment within 2 days, so not long to worry about it.The staff were lovely and very reassuring. The dentist- I think his name was Michael, was great- he extracted the guilty tooth quickly, and with much less discomfort than I expected! Thank you!
