We were on a Road Trip through the UK and needed to stock up on groceries. Especially asian food. We stayed in nearby Cambusbarron and this shop here was easy to get to and easy to find. We parked just across the street.Got everything we needed - and more. Different pastes like Holy Basil, Curry and more, rice, wasabi paste, sticky rice, chili flakes, snacks, Toy Yum noodles.All fair prices, friendly staff. Quality was really nice. Both the jasmine rice and the sticky rice were of very nice quality.After that we were good for another week or so. Made some nice meals out of the products. A very good shop to get some authentic asian food items.

The store is a mess and the owner just sits at the till on her computer watching dramas or playing games. She's extremely rude. When I went in yesterday, I tried to pay by card and she told me she doesn't accept cards for orders under £10. I handed over a £20 note (I never use cash these days so I didn't have change) and she literally said, urgh"

We come here probably once a month, even having moved 30 minutes away, it's still the best we've been to. There hasn't been once when we came in and didn't find what we needed.Prices are very reasonable.The aisles themselves are quite narrow, so I'm not sure how it would rate for accessibility. The staff has always been happy to help us find items.

The lady owner has certain bias against community..she is rude & lashes out.. shocked & surprised by her behaviour..she was watching a movie at counter & I asked the price of a board that was not tagged & she started shouting..wonder how she is managing this business

A lot to choose from! Clean shop, organised. The facade could be made more attractive to invite customers in. Stuff is friendly although they probably need to employ more people so the customers feel attended too.

I just had the worst customer service I’ve ever received here today. The shop has a great selection of products but I will never shop here again after my experience. The woman at the till was outright rude and shouted at me twice when I was asking for help on where to find a product, it was like I was an inconvenience and she clearly just wanted to watch the film she was watching very loudly instead. I would say save your money and shop at the Honest Shop just up the street, they have great products too and are always friendly and helpful. You’ve just lost a lot of business from me and my friends.
