I moved to Edinburgh last year and was delighted to find Catalog Interiors - it has been complete ‘one stop shopping’ for all the furniture and accessories for my new home, both indoors and outdoors. Dixie, Ralf and all the staff have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always friendly and supportive during a difficult moving house process. They have stylish and unusual stock and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Catalog.

Catalog has furnished four rooms for us. The pics show the details, including sofas, tables, lamps, desks, shelving and glass display cabinets. Service has been outstandingly good and the few problems we've had, related to suppliers, not Catalog itself, were resolved entirely to our satisfaction. I think they are the highest-quality, most customer-conscious, home furnishing outfit in Edinburgh.

I would highly recommend Catalog for the following 2 reasons. 1. Very good collection of products that refresh from time to time. 2. Extremely customer oriented mentality focusing on delivering satisfactory solutions to its clients. Dixie helped me design my new flat decor and she also did fire fighting for me when other suppliers messed up things. It was very enjoyable and rewarding experience working with Dixie to decorate my flat. I am a converted loyal customer of Catalog now and I have recommended Catalog to friends and neighbours already!

It's so beautifully curated inside, the products, gifts and furniture are both of exceptional quality and also cool, and Dixie and Ralf have such a good eye for classic pieces that last - you will never fall out of love with the things you buy from Catalog. Very poor customer service and lack of clarity regarding delivery time scale.Dear Catalog,Thanks for your response. The order ref: 3286The order is on my husband name, Dixie will know.We purchased a desk and chair on the 19th of September.The desk arrived de 2nd ofNovember after phoning myself to enquire and express my disappointment. The chair hasn’t arrived yet. We are now almost three months after the purchase and although you team is friendly, I believe we haven’t been kept actively informed and the delay I feel is quite unacceptable. Your company work with manufacturers abroad and it should be you responsabilidad to chase the orders, not the customer.ThanksConcha

Fantastic store. Since moving in to my home I have purchased several items from Catalog and I have always been impressed by both the quality of the product and the customer service. In particular, the choice of light fittings is fabulous.The staff in the store are always very helpful and take time to go through the different furniture options and colours. Delivery is also very good – John is friendly and always arrives on time. For those products with longer lead times, I have always been kept up to date by Dixie and the team. I also appreciate that Catalog check the products prior to delivery – I wish more stores did this.First class customer service. Highly recommend.

Dixie, Ralph and the team do a fabulous job. Their inspiring suggestions are always spot on and the quality of the goods always first class. We wouldn’t shop anywhere else when looking for furniture or home accessories in Edinburgh. Love working with them on new projects and seeing a room come together.
