Sytner Swansea BMW

I had a fantastic experience with Sytner BMW Swansea, and I can't praise Kieran Brannigan enough for his outstanding service. He helped me find the perfect BMW 1 series, and when it didn't arrive on time, he promptly arranged a demonstrator car for me due to my circumstances. Kieran's dedication and customer-focused approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I'm extremely pleased with the overall service received and highly recommend Kieran for his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

From initial telephone call I made last week up to the overall service I received today was absolutely excellent!I explained the situation over the phone last week that I was looking at a BMW 2 series Active tourer through a lease scheme from my employers and I cannot afford to purchase directly from BMW. I initially dealt with a gentleman over the phone called Keiran and today dealt with his colleague Matt who were both very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the car was not right for me (due to being unable to see any of the bonnet) but I would still recommend them for their customer service.

From first contact with Scott at Sytner, when my wife and I went to have a look at new vehicles, our experience has been excellent. Customer care has been the best.Needless to say, we ordered our new car, and we picked it up on 1st September. We were kept updated as the vehicle build progressed, and all queries we had responded to in a timely and helpful manner. We were sent a video of our new car when it arrived at Sytner, which was a great touch. When we picked the car up, everything was organised, and the paperwork was completed efficiently and quickly, so there no unnecessary hanging around. Every time I have to come here I leave feeling very frustrated. When I bought the car as an approved used BMW I was promised the earth by Warren. By the time I handed over my payment it was a different story. The only documentation I received was an hand written receipt for my deposit, no booklets or other letters. When I collected the car Only the wheels had been tidied up but the bodywork had lots of stone chips which were meant to be fixed. I pointed them out and he said he would fix them with a crayon! Since then I have had the car serviced and not had the car back until 6pm. Today the car was in for a broken spring repair. All done or so I thought until I drove up the road with the steering wheel pointing at 1 o’clock. I’m now waiting to be seen and very bored in the waiting area. I would avoid this place at all cost. I’ve never had this with Audi or Volvo.
