Fantastic service at Ocean BMW Plymouth. The booking in by phone was a quick and easy and the text reminders were great. On the day we done the express check in which was a breeze and given a courtesy car, several hours later we had a video email with what the technician had done which we were very impressed with. Really disappointed. My partner got a car early this year, and it failed it's MOT today (November 29th) because one tire had a bulge and the other wasn't the correct tire for the car. He had to pay £350 for the two tires to get the MOT passed, because we were sold a car with bad tires. Pretty sure it's under warranty as well

Recently purchased an approved used vehicle from Ocean Plymouth, dealing with Josh throughout the process. Being a long way from Plymouth, I put my trust in Josh and the dealership to accurately describe the vehicle, prior to viewing it. Josh was very thorough, providing a detailed video walkaround, description, and photographs as requested.Upon travelling down the vehicle was absolutely as described, and I was not disappointed. Josh also went the extra mile by collecting me from the train station, which was much appreciated.The process was very slick from start to finish, and an easy transaction, with great comms and service.Highly recommended.

Purchased my M340D. Dean has been a great help throughout the process from start to finish. As i was due to travel from Leeds which is just over five hours away from Plymouth, i was a little concerned that when getting there, the car may not be as described since it was used approved. However, Dean initially sent me a video tour of the car then i had some more questions which he answered. Dean was very prompt to reply to my emails and messages. Upon arrival, i was well pleased with the car. I would definitely be using Oceon BMW Plymouth again and would recommend anyone looking for a used approved vehicle to speak with Dean. Thanks for your help!

The first time I have visited this establishment and was duly impressed. Left my car there for a small service and they checked all 3 wipers and renewed them. That's what I call caring for the customer's car . They also renewed the key fob battery and reset the computer after I put air in the tyres and didn't know that you have to reset the computer after. (Maybe I should have stuck to my Morris Minor!!! Only joking). I will definitely return here for whatever needs doing. Nice coffee too.

Went in for some recall work on my 20 year old bmw and had to wait for a lift to work, but whilst I did the service rep showed me where I could make a coffee have a biscuit and chill untill my lift arrived. They did the work and even made me aware of some other small issues I had
