We drove 37 miles purpose just to go there. We went today for the first time. Lovely people, amazing food, and a lovely atmosphere as well. For sure we will be back. Obrigada :)

Friendly chef, we were the first people in for dinner. My friends enjoyed their food, I had the steak sandwich which was fine but really heavy and sad bread. Nice enough and very full, just could have felt more fresh. My friends had eve mixed grill and the sea bream and enjoyed.

Awesome and authentic Portuguese food, Pedro & Elsa are very warm hosts. Been here countless times and never been disappointed. Their Portuguese produce they sell is reasonably priced & have a wide range. We sometimes have a coffee to finish off our meal & it’s definitely worth the extra bit of cash… love to support local businesses.

Very good food and nice atmosphere. I was in the back which was quite quiet, and seemed to be a lot of regulars. There was about a 45-50 minute wait for the starter but the main came quite quickly after. I would visit again although may eat a snack before.

We came in it was actually quite late, still the staff was willing to serve us and were quite welcoming even when the place was busy. The menu it was actually quite good and they had everything that was on it, we decided to order the Steak Sandwich Francesinha which it was great and full of taste, we also saw they are specialised in Chicken which we will definitely want to try if we come back again. The prices were quite affordable and we had a great experience overall. The parking is located on the back of the street which is paid but not so expensive in case there’s no space available on the front of the restaurant l.

Really great restaurant. Came to Plymouth for a break and wanted some real Portuguese food as my wife is Portuguese and we haven't been there for a while due to COVID-19. Fantastic food, great restaurant with real authentic atmosphere, staff very friendly and great reminder of Portugal.

Went to Plymouth as a work trip, and was looking for Portuguese food to win brownie points with my Portuguese girlfriend.Went here on the recommendation of colleagues and wasn't disappointed, the place is authentic Portuguese and the staff are very hospitable.I ended up visiting this place 3 times. I tried the Rissois, and can't explain to you how good the meat ones were.Next i tried the chirrausco- peri peri chicken and chorizo. Loved this dish, was typical authentic Portuguese with the fried egg, rice and fries. Finally i tried the Francesinho sandwich. I can't explain to you how much you need to try this. This is meat heaven and will open your mind to a new dish. Melted cheese over white bread with different types of meat in a tomato beer sauce. Its definitely heavy but worth a try, like once a year so you don't end up with a heart attack sooner.

Unique venue with a unique decoration. Expect a Portuguese wooden country theme. On arrival we weren’t greeted but sat ourselves to a table as the venue was very quiet.I had a chicken based dish and two sides, it was cooked to perfection and the portion was perfect. Everyone loved the food and I’d return again.Be careful of ordering wine, the house red is £14 and increases to ££££.Three mains, olives, calamari, and a bottle of red/ two martinis = just under £90
