I had both cataracts replaced during the one operation. My whole experience from first assessment, through the procedure and aftercare has been excellent. I am amazed at the improvement to my vision and cannot thank all involved enough. I totally recommend Optical Express to anyone considering this procedure.

We attended OE Exeter branch this week for examination/test to see if I was suitable for laser eye surgery.Unfortunately I fell into the 20% that aren’t suitable!However I’d like to recommend the team at Exeter all are very friendly and welcoming.Zoe made us feel very welcome and took us through the extensive tests. Explaining everything as she went.Then Paul reviewed the results with a few more tests. Putting our mind at ease with his professional but easily understandable explanations.The whole experience was a pleasure, if this kind of thing can be!It’s just a shame it can’t help me!

Highly recommend using the Exeter branch. The staff were amazing from the consultation all the way to the aftercare. The front desk staff/assessment team made me feel very welcome every time I entered, and always greeted with a smile! The surgeon team were brilliant too, making sure I knew what was going to happen during the surgery and what to do after. Thank you to all the staff for making this life changing experience so enjoyable.

I had my lens replacement last September and I regret it, I was warned that I may still need reading glasses, but the opposite is true, my distance vision is awful it’s effected my whole life and now may have to go through laser eye surgery to correct this.The appointments are always time consuming, so much waiting around, the staff are lovely, but are only allocated a few minutes to each appointment, but as the optometrist does such a thorough examination they always run behind, my worst appointment I spent 4 hours there !

I had Lens replacement just 6 weeks ago. Best decision I have ever made. I’m absolutely delighted that I no longer have to wear glasses or contact lenses ever again. My consultation was in Truro the staff were all amazing, everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure on me to go ahead with the procedure. I went to Exeter to have the lens replacement done and again the staff were all very professional and made me feel at ease. I never felt a thing during the procedure, they had great music on in the background which was very comforting.My vision is perfect now I couldn’t be happier.I highly recommend Optical Express- keep up the great work your doing.

Fantastic results from my multifocal lens replacement. The staff at Truro and Exeter were brilliant, great care and explanations of everything relating to the procedure. I had noticeable improvement by the day after, totally glasses free and loving it!!! Thank you

DO NOT USE OPTICAL EXPRESS! Absolutely awful experience with the Exeter office, purposely pushed my aftercare over the 1 year mark so I’d have to pay, not returning calls, cancelling appointments, not sending contact lenses after I’d just paid £5k to be contact lense and glasses free! What was supposed to be life changing, turned into a nightmare! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
