The Hippodrome
It was a lovely place, and open early on a Sunday morning - but the breakfast was only average, eggs were overdone, bacon underdone and toast was underdone on one side and not toasted on the other side. Disappointed.

A joy. Beautiful old cinema with welcoming friendly and knowledgeable staff. A real old fashioned cinema trip which catapulted back in time. I went to a morning special show coffee and a movie for under six quid. It just blows a trip to a multiplex out of the water. I will be back next Monday !!!

What a beautiful cinema! Lovingly restored, comfortable seats, great atmosphere and helpful staff...what's not to like? I'll definitely make a return visit.

What a lovely original old cinema. It's so charming. It's great to see an old cinema still being used. If you've never been to the Hippodrome then you must make a point in going, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Cinema, Good family frindly atmosphere. Good price for tickets and friendly staff. Less crowded than the big cinemas ideal for my autistic son.
