The service, advice and help we received from Jess in the shop and her brother Jo and his colleague with the installation was excellent. The work was carried out very efficiently and extremely clean workers. Nothing was too much trouble, we are delighted with our logburner and highly recommend their services. A lovely family business and we wish them every success for the future.

Excellent, friendly service from first walking into the showroom right through to the first lighting of our new log fire. Communication was faultless, every phone call and email was responded to quickly. The installation by Joe and Nath wasn’t straightforward due to bad workmanship by the previous fire installer, but the guys worked through all the problems and the result is fantastic. Lovely fire and a clean and tidy room when they finished - all in all an outstanding job; we’re really happy to recommend The Grate Revival team.

Absolutely fantastic service from this family run business. From the very first phone call to entering the showroom Jess was super friendly and informative. I had to wait for planning permission to extend the height of our chimney stack. Joe and his colleague did an excellent job of extending the height of the chimney stack, removing the existing wood burner and flue and installing a whole new system. They were extremely efficient and very tidy. We are super happy with our new wood burner. Highly recommend this lovely family run business. Very professional. Thank you.Sarita .

We needed some work done on our chimneys to prevent birds nesting, to replace a broken chimney pot and also to replace and update all of the covers on the remaining pots. We experienced excellent service throughout, from the original booking to the completion of the work. We would certainly recommend this company.
