Great service and advice from the start of browsing within the showrooms, all the way through to the professional installation. So happy with my original fireplace and fire, that when I moved house it was the only place I was going to get a wood burning stove. Highly recommend.

Really fantastic service. Great advice in showroom, quotation done the next morning and received by email that afternoon. Builder contacted and visited the next day. All work completed within 2 weeks. Couldn't be happier.

We visited the showroom twice to see some specific models in person, and both times received fantastic service from Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us some excellent advice. Unfortunately as it's for a new build our developer is sourcing our fire from elsewhere - if we had had the choice we would not have hesitated to purchase from Grandisson.

We found Grandisson after another company let us down and they have done an amazing job, from designing a beautiful surround based on our less than clear description of what we would like, to installing the stove and surround just three days after brand new carpets went in with no mess whatsoever. We had our old gas fire taken out and had an electric one fitted. It is great as we can just have a very realistic fire with 3D effect flames and all without heat as we use central heating. The flu outside was bricked up very professionally and you can't see where it was. We are very pleased with it and should have done it before!

Nice showroom and we were impressed with the range of wood burning stoves available. Installation was speedy with very pleasant and professional service.

It's so nice to get an attentive service with a genuine and helpful interest in my requirements.Not only have I purchased and have had fitted a really nice fire and surround but also have had a new boiler too.Every aspect from beginning to end has been great.
