We have had incredible service from these vets who have worked wonders with our exceptionally poorly dog and given us more precious time with her. Our dog is reactive and fearful of the vets, so when she fell seriously ill we were so worried about how we were going to get her help.Everyone at Park vets was so empathetic and professional in the way we were dealt with. Her falling this poorly was our worst nightmare as we didn't think she could cope with treatment as she is so scared. Reception is always easy to contact, and always communicate promptly and efficiently with us. The vets were so patient and dealt with our complex case so expertly.Our dog needed to go in overnight and it's nothing short of a miracle that members of staff were able to form a bond with her so that she could receive treatment. Big shout out to Chloe who must be a dog whisperer and to Jade who updated us overnight...meant the world to us.After two nights at the vet, our dog was like a different animal! Hopefully she continues to recover but we are so grateful regardless the vets have given us the time and expertise to try and get her better.

Every member of staff I've met has gone above and beyond and you can tell they truly care about the animals. Really great place! An amazing vets!

Frequent visitors at Park Cardiff (unfortunately for us). The staff have been brilliant, from first contact at reception to the actual consultation with the vets. Jess (vet), in particular went out of her way to help us resolve our dogs medical issue which appeared to be baffling most other vets that we had seen. She went above and beyond each and every time we made contact and successfully helped us have a healthy and happy pup!!

I brought my puppy Sox (Socks) for his puppy injections. Everyone was very welcoming and gave him lots of attention. The vet really made a fuss of him and put him at ease

Can't fault Park Vets Cardiff on any front. The vets are compassionate, genuinely care for the wellbeing of your pet, and know exactly what they're doing.The receptionists are really helpful and always manage to find time for an appointment, usually within the next 2 or 3 days if it's really busy (though probably depends on the nature of the appointment).Everyone takes the time to explain everything to you and answer your questions. We've been with this practice for 2+ years, they've helped us massively and have pretty much made our cat's IBD woes a thing of the past. Thank you to all the staff at Park Vets!

Honestly cannot thank these vets enough, our Irish red setter puppy was very poorly and being our first dog we were petrified. Thanks to the swift action of Gabi and her team she was back home with us the following day and back to her bright self a few days later. From the first hour of leaving her until the last we were kept fully informed the entire way which was so comforting. We are so so grateful and cannot thank you enough for saving our little girl! You really did go above and beyond and clearly love all animals you have! *Visited the ponty branch and cardiff*

I’m so grateful to all the staff I met recently when I took in my 17 year old cat, Monica. I knew she was approaching the end of her life and I didn’t want her to be in pain or to suffer. Monica and myself were met with extraordinary sensitivity, care and kindness. The tears still flowed when we decided together that Monica should be put to sleep, but I was confident that this was the right course of action for her. Grief is the price we pay for love and memories of Monica will forever stay in the hearts and minds of myself and my family. The handwritten card, paw and nose prints I received a couple of days later was a very special touch.Thank you.
