Attempted to have 3 copies of my thesis bound by them - initially was happy with the service, however, upon their return, discovered that there were spelling mistakes on the front cover (i'ts instead of its', 'practitoner' instead of 'practitioner'). I initially found this amusing as they were provided with the precise correct wording. They offered a gritted teeth apology and offered to rebind the books when I told them that it was within my rights to ask them to so as it was their fault. It then took over 6 months for them to return the rebound copies to me (baring in mind this was for a deadline!)! When I asked for them to be done within the week or I would be requesting a refund I was told to 'grow up' via email from the main owner. Do not let the 'small family business' front fall you - appalling customer service. The finished product itself is fine, but there are ripples in the inside cover, which, for the price, I would not expect.

I couldn't disagree any more with the first review!As a family we have had several books restored and other work done by this small family run business. Each time we have been delighted with the end product.We would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.
