We did a trade-in deal with Martin Sharp, and he was excellent to deal with. We had travelled from NI to pick the car and were put up in a local hotel by the dealership. I would highly recommend Lloyd BMW.

In the next 4 months, I was so busy like I need to contact with insurance company, move my apartment, back to China, finish my dissertation, and take my UK driver license. They take care of my car well! At 4/12/2023, I collect my car at Penrith! That’s amazing experience!

First time I have bought a car without first seeing it but the car I wanted (M440i) was at this dealership which is 111miles from me.I dealt with Austin and if I'm honest, I enjoyed the experience.Everything was agreed via email and telephone which is a lot less hassle than going in and haggling for hours with the sales team, so to get everything sorted before going in was bliss. Everything is subject to seeing the car so there is no real downside except the price of a train ticket.We arrived at the train station and were picked up by the Lloyd team before being taken back.We found eveything to be first class and I'd use them again over any BMW dealer in Scotland that we have used.The presentation of my car was fantastic, in its own little showroom.

Couldn’t praise the team and more specifically Jack enough. Jack was most helpful with my recent car purchase. Went above and beyond expectations. You can certainly buy with peace of mind from here and I’ll be returning for sure when looking for my next car.

Absolutely brilliant. Solved an issue with my sensors, installed a new one. All the staff are so friendly and I cannot be more impressed.

Here is my story.Took my car to BMW Lloyd Cockermouth because the Engine Management Light came on. They diagnosed and replaced two 'faulty' parts, test drove the car and informed me the car was repaired at a cost of around £600. I drove the car about 15 miles and the EML light reappeared.Back to BMW who this time diagnose a blocked pipe. When they replace the pipe I was informed they had sheared a manifold bolt resulting in the need for a new manifold and a bill of around £1400 that I had to pay in order to get the car back.BMW Lloyd Cockermouth do not accept any liability. They claim that the two parts they unoriginally replaced masked the blocked pipe issue and have changed they story about the sheared bold now claiming the bolts were seized and therefore a new manifold would be required.So make up your own mind.

Absolutely rubbish unethical business and behaviour, they sold me a X5 brand new car, received a holding deposit but didn't waited for the bank to communicate with them for the completion of paperwork and exchange of invoice. This morning a I received an email message from their liar and misleading sales manager.It's Jackson at Lloyd BMW Cockermouth. I have tried contacting you over the weekend as we are yet to hear from HSBC regarding the purchase of the X5... Sadly the X5 we had with your preferred alloys (the one we were going to swap wheels with) has been sold/delivered. I can now no longer offer the wheel swap unfortunately."This guy never contacted me but out of greed has sold the car which sold to me."
