Grassicks BMW

Had my car in for the air bag recall and i am very happy with the service from grassicks .The lady on reception was polite and the work was carried out well and in good time .Well worth the drive .Recommended for any bmw owners from the fife area .Thanks .

Seems like my previous review has been removed by the dealer. They don’t want people to know the reality. The dealership is unprofessional & after sales plus servicing are both very poor. Mini as a car was great but I wish it wasn’t this dealership. Never again!

Customer service was good but I’ve had nothing but issues with my vehicle since I’ve purchased it . In the space of 7 months the car had been back to BMW 8 times and had 5 repairs carried out . Literally had issues with the car only a week or 2 after purchasing and this is a a car with full service history and 1 owner lol. Travelled 400 miles to collect the car and there was issues with the car I wasn’t even told about prior to purchasing such as a broken lock cap etc . Luckily the minimum 1 year used and approved warranty covered the cost of repairs but i requested that my minimum warranty be extended by another year as I literally have no more faith left in the car and I planned to keep this car for a few years and this is the least they can do considering all the issues I am having, this is a performance car where repairs can be very costly . Both Grassicks and BMW have been unhelpful in this sense, failing to understand my point of view and where I am coming from and I am really dissapointed. Was offered a measly £400 goodwill but that probably won’t even be a 10th of what the warranty renewal will cost. I am literally so unhappy and constantly worried the car is going to break down on me and throw an issue and I feel like Grassicks is able to do more to help but won’t.

Grassicks advised me by email of an EGR recall on my vehicle, car booked in and job completed even before the official BMW UK letter arrived ....great service with lovely loan car
