A great place to recharge your batteries! Just visited the coffee shop, where we were greeted by friendly staff, with fab service and delicious food. A relatively sized area which was light and bright with a great menu which had an amazing variety of vegetarian options available with vegan options too. Although my sister-in-law and I both had the scrumptious fruit scones, I will be back to try out some of their other delights! Apparently the carrot cake which was brought home for my husband hit the mark too. After a busy time shopping in Dumfries, it was an ideal place to stop at. Well done to all the staff in the coffee shop and those working in other areas of the whole establishment.

A very well stocked large store. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'm not from the area and was on a little break nearby and needed a long training lead for my dog as there were lots of fields nearby and I didn't want to take the risk of my dog getting in a field. The assistant I dealt with was brilliant and advised me that they didn't have what I required just now but knowing I wasn't there for long suggested a horse lunging rein. This rein actually worked out better for my dog as it was very strong and really long. I can't thank the assistant enough for her help. If in the area, I'd definitely return for all my dog's treats and accessories. Thank you.

Just used the dog wash for the first time and it is fantastic!! Could not recommend enough. So easy and safe to use. My dog HATES water/baths and he was fine. Came out smelling fantastic and so fluffy.Great staff, super helpful, so many pet products - will 100% be back and will recommend to all my doggy friends

Brilliant little café within a pet supermarket - all your pets needs are here, including medicines (by prescription if applicable)Very dog friendly complete with a doggy menu.Superb home baking served to eat in (table service) or to take away. Worth visiting Dumfries just to come here for breakfast, coffee, lunch or afternoon cakes and tea.

Excellent coffee and super friendly staff who always make you feel very welcome.I would have given five stars if they had more seating as when it's busy it can be difficult to find a seat.Other than than that, it's a must visit for coffee and a snack.

Lovely cafe.. Very dog friendly and great coffee and cake. The staff in the cafe are so friendly as are the staff inthe main shop,which is well stocked and has a great dog wash unit for those those moments where your best friend has rolled in something awful!
