I love that when you walk in to this salon you feel instantly comfortable. I have anxiety and sometimes find it hard to go into a salon.There is always someone there cleaning to a very high standard. It looks lovely.I felt at ease and relaxed here. Everyone is lovely. I had a full head if foils and a cut and although I was in the salon for a long time it felt like no time at all, taking to Amber and Sue whilst I was there, with a few laughs too (thank you both).Highly recommended. I loved the result and had a lot of compliments after my appointment.My daughter had her hair cut here. It was the first time for her in a salon (8 at the time). She loved it and is begging me to book her in again.I think she felt truely pampered! Bless her.

I had my hair cut and coloured by Marie for the very first time yesterday. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome.I am chuffed to bits with my new hair colour and cut, so much so I have booked my next three appointments.Thank you very much Marie, as I said.......you are a star !

Marie has been cutting and colouring my hair for many years now. 100% on point every time, and you know when you've found someone who does your hair how you want it and not how they want it, you stick with them! I have always found Marie and the other girls very friendly and professional. It's a joy to visit them!

Went into the salon for the 1st time was greeted with a smile . Excellent customer service. I was very nervous to having long hair to going slightly shorter the stylist was fantastic she cut my hair just right and talked me through out about what she was doing I would definitely be going back and highly recommended the salon .

Me and the boys have been coming to this salon for years now. They are all very friendly, and make us feel very comfortable, we are always very happy with our end result, they do a grand job, want be going anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

Marie always creates beautiful sets of nails for me. She knows exactly what I like and can come up with a set without me giving her any idea what so ever. Not only is she the best nail tech, she has become a really good friend to me. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! The whole team at Waves are so friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Amber with my hair, and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Marie with my nails. Definitely the best salon in town.

After 26years of using the same hairdresser I took the jump and decided to go to Marie. I haven’t looked back . ❤️ She is professional and highly skilled , her products and techniques are second to none. I highly recommend her hairdressing skills they are brilliant. The first few times I went and staff were lovely then after a colour mistake hair went green when washed it everything changed was awkward when complained and did my colour again but let me out with wet hair! Never in my life have I experienced this? Last time I went wanted purple but got a light pinky colour which washed out after just one wash? For a permanent colour to wash out in just one wash? Never known ever! I plucked up courage after friend advised me to complain! And yet again customer care was bad! Said I had used wrong shampoo even though I was using what they use at salon I never use shampoos with in natural ingredients and in my 30plus years of having colour never experienced a colour change to green or a new colour wash out after one wash! After not washing a week I never had an apology or any refund and I now have found another hair salon who also said my cut was in even and badly cut!
