I had an extremely pleasant visit to the Volvo used car centre in Stirling when picking up my new car this afternoon. The delightful experience was created by the friendly, polite and professional manner of Bryan Starkey. My wife and I found Bryan to be both personable and thorough when leading me through all the relevant paperwork. It is without hesitation that I recommend to anyone thinking of upgrading their car, the wonderful service delivered by Bryan Starkey at Stirling Volvo.

Bought my Volvo s90 at Stirling Volvo, I was taken care of by Keith Thompson who provided me with excellent service.I was well informed throughout the whole process and will definitely be a repeat customer at this branch.The branch manager, Euan Hamilton also added incredible value to the process. He was present during the hand off which was a nice touch.The condition of the car was great, a few of the niggles I had were the car were sorted without issue which I am great full for.Steven Miller tied the experience together which was of excellent quality, the test drive was incredibly informative which ensured I had no further questions about the operation of the vehicle, without his service I would have been swamped with the vast array of features.

Bryan at Stirling Arnold Clark click and collect was great at taking me through all the documents quickly and in plain English, he answered all my questions and helped me switch things from my old car, being traded in, to my shiny new car.
