Had a small issue today with one of Kensa’s heat pumps, phoned into there technical advice centre, great service, quick reply, spoke to technical advisor (Tom) great help, quick to understand the issue we was having and quick to explain why. Kensa Heat Pumps
Have had a few minor issues with my heat pump. Kensa could not be any more helpful. Talked me through fault finding, identified the problem, new parts posted and the Jordan from the tech team talked me through the process of replacing said parts. Great service, great heat pump and now toastie warm again
